This is the required notice advising you of nomination and election of officers for our lodge for a three year term commencing January 1, 2026.
Nominations will be held at our meeting scheduled for 5:00 PM on November 20th, 2025 to be held at the following location:
TCU NYC Office
260 West 35th St, 10th Fl
New York, NY 10001
Voting to be by secret mail balloting. Ballots will be mailed by Election Committee to each member qualified to vote to their last known address of record at least 15 days prior to the date. Ballots are to be returned and counted.
Any candidate unable to attend the nomination meeting must have his nominator submit his written acceptance of the nomination at the time his nomination is made.
The following board positions are to be filled.
- President
- Vice President
- Recording Secretary
- Financial Secretary-Treasurer
- Chairman of the board of trustees, and 2 board members
- Chairman of the Local Protective Committee- Delegate
- Alternate Delegate
